So far, I've had a decent experience with Rudy. He's generally pretty responsive and super nice. Occasionally, things slide, but he's pretty busy. The house is in decent condition compared to many of the other rentals I've seen in Syracuse. The bathrooms are updated, and furniture is better than most houses I looked at. Parking and free laundry are huge pluses! Overall, I would definitely recommend.
