additional comments: When we first moved in, the kitchen was in a terrible condition (floor had mud all over from what looked like workboots for when they "fixed" up the house, the stove and filter had not been cleaned in years, and there was years of accumulated gunk on the kitchen sink). We were told it would be cleaned up professionally, but it never was. We cleaned as best as we could but could never fully get rid of everything with Clorox and Lysol combined! Fast forward twelve months, and we are charged a 300$ fee for "cleaning" the kitchen. Unfortunately, none of us had pictures from when we moved in (and hence could not dispute the charges). Would really not recommend.
